The Zenith Business Centre is the CBD of Tuggerah Business Park. It provides a corporate friendly environment to transact business or conduct group meetings, or simply catch up over a coffee, drinks and a meal.

 

Red Eye were engaged for the construction and fitout of a new commercial building which included:

Three (3) level - 3600m2 new construction:

  • Suspended concrete slabs

  • Structural steel framing

  • Pre cast concrete panels

  • Colourbond roofing

  • Curtain style external glazing

  • Concrete pavements and landscaping

  • Kone Elevator

  • Several high end fitouts including a café

  • Extensive stormwater hydraulics
