PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project involved remedial works to entire 7 storey unit complex. The building was built of a framed concrete structure with concrete columns and slabs. The walls were constructed hebal blocks with no cavity and cementitious render. The south-east and south-west corners of the building had severe water penetration problems requiring major repairs to the façade, windows replacement and waterproofing to all units with the exception of 3 x units.
