PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project involved the upgrade and refurbishment of an existing commercial complex into new single bedroom residential units designed by Ezzy Architects, to create multi-purpose use of the retail and commercial spaces. The design incorporated a curved composite panel awning to integrate harmoniously with the pedestrian areas of the mall.

 

Through our relationship with Ezzy Architects, Red Eye were engaged to convert the existing commercial complex into residential apartments which included:

Three (3) level new construction works:

  • 6 x new Single bedroom Units - Complete with bathrooms, kitchen and laundry.

  • Extension of existing top level structure, including structural re-design to accommodate re-alignment of existing roof.
