PROJECT OVERVIEW

CCGT is a leader in supporting people through Apprenticeships and Traineeships for more than 30 years. This project involved the construction of a new learning and business centre which includedopen plan offices and corporate host desk seating for approx. 30 persons, 9 x start-up suites, meeting tables and staff lunch and amenities facilities.The training facilities included open area spaces for a licenced registered training organisation and integrated support partners, a hospitality Training facility (capacity for 16 persons) and general purpose training room.

 

Red Eye  were engaged to build this brand new learning and business centre which included:

SCOPE OF WORKS

Two (2) level - 1500m2 new construction & fitout:

  • Concrete reinforced footing, columns and blockwork

  • Structural steel columns & roof structure

  • Suspended tiled ceiling throughout

  • Café / commercial grade kitchen

  • Colourbond roof (Approx. 1500m2)

  • Ceramic floor tiles to main foyer, patios, stairs and bathrooms

  • Commercial aluminium framed doors with glazing infill to offices

  • Fully ducted air conditioning and security alarm system

  • Landscaped exterior including reinforced concrete carpark with capacity for 37 cars
